  • Install DRPU Employee Planner Software on your Windows PC or Laptop to manage employee records including expenses and salary increment/decrement details. Open software after installation and click on “Open An Existing Company” option to manage record of your existing company.

  • Now select your existing company and enter your Administrative details to access your company records.

  • If you want to add expenses of employee, go to Expenses & Increment/Decrement menu and select Add Expenses option. Now select employee from list to add expenses and press OK button.

  • Now pop-up Add Expenses window with selected employee detail and add record for expenses. Select expenses from drop-down list like petrol, education, furniture, telephone, vehicle, special and other. Add amount for expenses and click on Add button. You can view added expenses details as shown in figure and press save button. Your record has been saved successfully.

  • For manage salary increment and decrement of employee, click on Increment/Decrement option and select employee from employee detail to manage salary detail. Now select increment or decrement option and fill the value in rate or amount option and click on save button. Record has been saved successfully.

  • If you want to view expenses records of employee, click on View Expenses option. You can also print expenses detail report using advance printing setting feature of software.

  • Software provides View Increment/Decrement option to view and print salary details of employee.
